本日、郡山市内では最高気温が30度以上になると予想され、熱中症への注意が必要です。
厚生労働省の統計によると、熱中症による死亡数が千人を超えた平成25年の熱中症による死亡の発生場所は「住居」が46.9%と最も多く、そのうちの７割以上が65歳以上の方となっております。
日差しのない室内であっても熱中症の恐れがあるため、冷房や除湿機などを適切に利用し、温度計で温度・湿度管理を心がけるなど、涼しい環境で過ごしましょう。

Today, the maximum temperature in Koriyama City is expected to exceed 30degrees, so it is important to be careful of heat stroke.
According to the Ministry of the Environment, the number of fatal cases of heat stroke exceeded 1,000 in 2013. 46.9% of these cases occurred in their own house. A further 70% of these people were 65 years of age or older.
Because there is a risk of heat stroke even in rooms without sunlight, please try to stay in a cool environment by monitoring the temperature and humidity, and properly using the air-conditioning and dehumidifier.
