本日、郡山市内では最高気温が30度以上になると予想され、熱中症への注意が必要です。
環境省のガイドラインによると、夏季の平均気温は、100年間で約1.5℃上昇しており、気温の高さだけでなく、湿度が高く、蒸し暑いことも熱中症患者の増加に影響があることから、気温・湿度両方からの熱中症対策が必要です。
また、日差しのない室内であっても熱中症の恐れがあるため、冷房や除湿機などを適切に利用し、温度計で温度・湿度管理を心がけるなど、涼しい環境で過ごしましょう。
