防災こおりやまより、熱中症注意情報をお知らせします。
本日、郡山市内では最高気温が30度以上になると予想され、熱中症への注意が必要です。
熱中症は、住居での発生が最も多く重症化する恐れがあることから、室内における発生を予防することが重要です。
日差しのない室内であっても熱中症の恐れがあるため、冷房や除湿機などを適切に利用し、温度計で温度・湿度管理を心がけるなど、涼しい環境で過ごしましょう。
