本日、郡山市内では最高気温30度以上になると予想され、熱中症への注意が必要です。
消防庁の公表によると、昨年5月から9月までの全国における熱中症による救急搬送人員数は9万人を超え、そのうち約半数が65歳以上の方で、発生場所としては住居が最も多い状況であります。
日差しのない室内であっても熱中症の恐れがあるため、冷房や除湿機などを適切に利用し、温度計で温度・湿度管理を心がけるなど、涼しい環境で過ごしましょう。

Today, the maximum temperature in Koriyama City is expected to exceed 30 degrees, so it is important to be careful of heat stroke.
According to the Fire Department’s official statement, the total number of people transported to hospitals due to heatstroke in the whole of Japan from May to September last year exceeded 90,000 people. About half of them were over 65 years old and the most common place to get heat stroke was indoors.
Because there is a risk of heat stroke even in rooms without sunlight, please try to stay in a cool environment by monitoring the temperature and humidity, and properly using the air-conditioning and dehumidifier.
